How do I return or exchange something I ordered from TVRRINI?

We understand you may change your mind about a purchase from TVRRINI, which is why we allow returns on selected pieces. 

Please do not have your piece delivered to us without sending us an email. We kindly ask you to contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of a confirmed and successful delivery to request returns.

Exchanges for selected items can be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please read the following steps carefully:

1. Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 7 days of receipt. Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if a piece is determined damaged.
2. All international orders are final sale.
3. All custom orders are final sale.
4. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@tvrrini.com within 24 hours of receipt.
