Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

UK Standard Delivery:

  • Cost: Free delivery for mainland UK
  • Timing: Delivery within 7 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Details: Delivered to the doorstep
  • Delivery Partners: Our in-house team or FedEx

UK Express Delivery:

  • Cost: Subject to FedEx rates. Please contact us.
  • Timing: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Details: Delivered to the doorstep
  • Delivery Partners: Our in-house team or FedEx

International Delivery:

  • Cost: Subject to FedEx rates. Please contact us.
  • Timing: Delivery within 7 working days (Monday to Friday)
  • Details: Delivered to the doorstep
  • Delivery Partners: Our in-house team or FedEx 

Made-To-Order

Some of our items are offered on a made-to-order basis.

  • Estimated Arrival Dates: We will do our best to provide you with an estimated arrival date based on the time expected to prepare your order and current shipping schedules. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Global Shipping Conditions: Due to ongoing global political and logistical disruptions, shipping routes are frequently altered, which can lead to unexpected delays in container arrivals.
  • Updates: We will endeavour to keep you informed of any significant changes or delays to your made-to-order item.
  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, the full order will be delivered together after the made-to-order item is available. Split deliveries are available upon request, but additional charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

International Orders

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our standard shipping fees.
