Step 1: Consultation

The first step is to schedule a consultation with Bibi, goldsmith and co-founder of TVRRINI. During this meeting, you'll discuss your vision for the ring, your budget, and any other details that are important to you. We will check the appropriate ring size, offer curated design options and help you choose the gemstones for your ring.

This consultation is your opportunity to let us know all the details that matter to you, from the type of metal you want to the exact shade of gemstones. You are given a chance to share your story with us, and we'll ensure that your ring reflects the unique love story you have with your partner.

Step 2: Illustration and mock-up

Once you've agreed on the design, we will create a to-scale illustration of your ring concept, usually in watercolour or brush pen.

There are cases where we may create a 3D mock-up in jewellery wax at this stage, particularly for alternative engagement rings with an organic and freeform design. At this stage, we encourage you to review the design and suggest any changes before approving the final piece. We only sign off the project after it is confirmed.

Step 3: Production

After you have approved the final design, we will start production on your ring. We understand this is an incredibly special jewellery piece for you, and commit to materialising the design into a ring that meets your dreams.

We use traditional methods as well as the latest technology to ensure that your ring is of the highest quality. Throughout the production process, we'll keep you updated through your preferred communication method--be that phone, WhatsApp, or email.

 

Step 4: Delivery

Once your heirloom is complete, we will set up a delivery and dispatch it packaged to you. We aim for turnaround times of 3 to 4 weeks for each bespoke ring, however actual delivery times can vary and we will inform you if there will be significant delays.
