Service update: 26 March 2020

At the TVRRINI studio, we are striving to adapt swiftly to the daily changes brought about by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are working remotely and will continue service despite the growing challenges.

Delivery Service

We still deliver worldwide. Our courier UPS Capital is open for daily collections and deliveries. Our main pick-up location in Thailand is currently not impacted by the cargo network. Please note that effective 26 March 2020, UPS has suspended Money Back Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination (if applicable). See more on UPS.com >

Before shipping, please check if your pickup location is open. Local restrictions may affect business operating hours. If the location is closed, UPS may return the package to senders.

TVRRINI will use the online UPS tracking system for all orders. Meanwhile, we are assessing UPS My Choice® as an option for our customers to schedule deliveries, receive inbound alerts, change addresses, and more in their online service. 

Returns

The current climate has led to restrictions set on shipping to or from certain countries. In light of this situation, we are extending our return policy to allow 90 days of free returns and exchanges.
